BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Our residential and day camps are available for children and adults of all levels of ability. Our camps are barrier-free and designed to be accessible to everyone. A camp experience increases skills and enhances self-confidence while giving families much needed respite from the hard work and responsibility that they face every day. Camping programs serve to let participants discover and explore their interests, values and talents. Additionally, these activities provide an opportunity to learn to problem-solve, make social adjustments to new and different people, learn responsibility, and gain new skills to increase self-esteem.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: All our programming is designed for campers with a disability. Our youth programming is inclusive. Easter Seals Campers are part of the typically developing camp groups.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have 10 year old modern cabins with central heat and air and tiled bathrooms. All are accessible. The swimming pool is a beach front entry along with a chair lift. We eat all our meals in the air-conditioned dining lodge.There is a health lodge on staff supervised by a RN 24 hours/7days a week. Athletic fields, waterfront activities and arts and crafts are part of the daily activities.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: We do pre-hire drug screen and background checks. Much of our staff are seeking experience working with individuals with disabilities. We are hiring for our summer camps. Staff will be employed May-August. Most of the jobs are for day staff, however some resident counselors and nurses are needed. There are 4 weeks of resident camp in the summer.

Some Top Tennessee Baseball Camps offer rigorous daily baseball training and lots of intensive baseball experience. Other great Tennessee Camps offer baseball as an elective or recreational activity with much less training and intensity.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Dustin's Place caters to kids and adults with all developmental disabilities such as: Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Physical Disabilities, Mental Disabilities. Ranch camps are located in Tennessee on a 300 acre working cattle ranch (bused from our farm in Cumming, GA) Campers will have the opportunity to engage in novel activities while growing friendships with other campers. Each camper will work with their own horse and care for other farm animals in a safe, clinically informed environment with licensed direct staff. Offering family ranch camps and mountain adventure camps.
