BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Homestay Florida’s ESL Summer Adventure Camp is the perfect combination of learning and laughter!
Our visiting international students will enjoy many fun and engaging camp activities paired with daily customized ESL instruction. Our program provides a unique approach to language immersion and will prove an educational and fun learning experience for your entire group of students. Students will also learn practical aspects that are important to learning about living in the United States, highlighted by different themes such as eating out, leisure activities, and interesting places to visit.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Swimming, Waterfront/Aquatics, Adventure, Travel, Dance, Theater, Music/Band, Fine Arts/Crafts, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: Our ESL Summer Adventure Camp is located in Pembroke Pines, FL and includes homestay with a local host family.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Teens travel to numerous fun-filled facilities throughout Broward and Dade counties as well as participate in many fun and exciting activities.

Homestay Florida Sponsored Group Welcome Dinner
Homestay with Local Host Family: Homestay with an experienced, local host family to include all meals and camp transportation. Students will each have own bed in single or shared bedroom.
ESL Instruction: 10 hours of customized group instruction per week.
Daily Fun Activities, Sports, Trips, and Special Events:
– Water Sports: Swimming, Waterslides, Tubing, Boating, & Fishing.
– Creative Arts: Arts & Crafts, Dramatics, Cheerleading, Talent Shows, Dances & Music.
– Special Events: Color War, Carnival, Dances, Olympic Games, Bahama Festival, Talent Shows, Community Service Projects, Breakfast in the Park, & much more!
– Field Trips: Campers also travel on numerous field trips throughout the week, such as: Water Theme Parks, Ball Games, Whirly Ball, Bowling, Ceramics, Arcades, Ice-Skating, Movies, Roller Skating, Indoor Gymnasiums, Airboat Rides, & Fun Educational Tours.

Emphasis is placed on improvement & development of athletic skills. Sports are non-competitive so everyone is a winner!
CREATIVE ARTS: Arts & Crafts, Dramatics, Cheerleading, Talent Shows, Dances, Music.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Color War, Carnival, Dances & more!
Included in the weekly schedules are 4 FIELD TRIPS OR MORE per week (more for teens)
FIELD TRIPS include Water Theme Parks, Swimming Pools, Bowling, Ceramics, Arcades, Ice Skating, Movies, Roller Skating, Indoor Gymnasiums, Airboats, Fun Educational Tours, & much more!
